Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept items in the new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your shipment to return your items. If your item is damaged, we require photos and a description of the damages sent to orders@bristol-studio.com or we reserve the right to not refund your order.

Once we receive your order it will go through our inspection protocol. Once it clears inspection please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued. 

Please email orders@bristol-studio.com with your order # as the subject line of the email to initiate your return request. Once your request has been approved, you will be responsible for sending your return back.

Return requests will be reviewed within 24 hours.

REFUNDS

After your return has been processed, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned, minus the cost of shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

For any returned or exchanged items, we do not refund the original cost of shipping.

EXCHANGES

No exchanges.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued as a digital gift card valued at the refunded amount minus the cost of shipping. You can apply your gift card to orders placed on bristol-studio.com until the remaining balance is zero.

SEASONAL SALES, THE BRISTOL VAULT, AND BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY

Items purchased during sales periods are not eligible for refunds, returns, or store credit.

FINAL SALE

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
